Mary Koffski

Mary is the Owner and founder of PRN Solutions. For the past 6 years, Mary and her team have developed and facilitated extensive Leadership Development Programs focused primarily on the Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical world. A fundamental part of any Leadership Program has also included Executive Coaching. Mary’s biggest strength is her ability to creatively strategize with her clients towards solutions. What drives Mary is helping clients be inspired to achieve exactly what they want. She is compassionate, warm, humorous, supportive, tough, challenging and action oriented.

For over 20 years, Mary worked in Sales, Marketing and Management at Bayer and Novartis. As part of the national management team, Mary was instrumental in developing and executing key strategic planning initatives. Mary has a BSc from the University of Alberta and a MA in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University. Mary also holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University.

Cindy Jones

Cindy is an experienced HR and Organizational Development professional with over 20 years of experience. She has a strong background in the development and execution of programs ranging from Leadership, Self-awareness and Conflict Management to Change Management and Driving Cultural Excellence. Cindy is a Certified Coach and has worked one on one with many executives in both long and short-term coaching engagements.

Before joining PRN Solutions Cindy worked at The Center for Creative Leadership and Farr Associates. In these roles Cindy successfully developed and delivered various supervisory, performance, management and facilitation programs. In addition she worked as Lead Trainer for the Looking Glass Experience with companies like Bayer, Kodak and Dell. Cindy also facilitated the Outdoor Experiential Leadership Development portion of many of CCL’s programs including the Orienteering component of many custom programs. Her background as HRD Manager allows Cindy to work closely with HR departments in the development of customized leadership and coaching solutions.
