About Mary

I’m passionate about making a difference in organizations and for individuals.  After completing my Masters in Leadership and Training at Royal Roads University, I founded PRN Solutions in 2005.  PRN Solutions worked primarily in Leadership Development and Marketing for several years in the private sector with Healthcare companies. After completing my Certificate in Executive Coaching at Royal Road University, coaching and team coaching became my passion. Since 2011, PRN Solutions has worked with many public sector organizations providing Facilitation and Coaching in every possible size and context.
